Shirt Sizing Information

For Hawaiian shirts, we’re offering adult sizes S – 3X. Measurements are in inches, measured on a flat garment. Sizing corresponds to typical US sizing; these measurements are estimates based on average size information of Hawaiian shirts. As a general rule, if you usually wear a large, you should select a large. Hawaiian shirts are meant to be worn loosely, so if in doubt, it won’t hurt to order a size up. We will not be able to accommodate returns or exchanges.

For t-shirts, we’re offering adult sizes XS – 3X (up to 2x for Ladies Slim Fit), and youth sizes S – L. (If you need a Youth XL, please choose an Adult Small or Medium.) Measurements are in inches and measured on a flat garment as shown in the diagram. We will not be able to accommodate returns or exchanges.

  1. I just got a “final notice” about getting the shirt after only getting the initial mail that you were taking the orders FOUR DAYS AGO! The AAS meeting just ended, many actual astronomers who supported the project have been or are still on travel. In my case, this was a gift for someone that needs time to figure out her size and respond. It would be nice to have a few more days to get this done without losing the shirt especially after waiting months for it! Please hold off pulling the trigger for a bit!

    1. Hi there. I’m not actually sure what message you’re talking about. Kickstarter may have auto-generated a reminder, but I have not set any deadlines or sent out any messages to that effect. I won’t be placing the order for at least two weeks; you have plenty of time.
